About Our Team

Tarni joined our ESOMS team in September 2018 and is one of the friendly faces that welcomes you to ESOMS. Tarni has over 10 years experience in medical & dental administration and over 3 years in practice management. Tarni is responsible for the day to day management and operations of the practice and is well placed to address any concerns with friendly reassurance.

Fleur joined the ESOMS team at the beginning of 2016, with a background in general medical and surgical nursing. She has always had a keen interest in theatre nursing, so particularly enjoys assisting with surgical procedures. Fleur has work alongside Dr Leinkram for over 7 years and has a world of knowledge and experience to address any pre and post operative concerns. Fleur prides herself on being organised and having a genuine, caring nature. She thoroughly enjoys speaking with patients and helping to make their experience at ESOMS a positive one.

Yasmin started working at ESOMS in July 2023. She earned her qualifications as a Dental Hygienist and Oral Health Therapist in New Zealand in 2021. She is passionate about delivering dental care that is both comprehensive and tailored to each patient’s needs. Yasmin is responsible for administoring local anaesthetic and collecting clinical data which involves intra oral, CBCT scanning and clinical photography. Yasmin is well placed to address any pre and post operative concerns. Her goal is to make dental visits enjoyable and stress-free.

Outside of work, Yasmin loves to unwind by visiting local beaches, exploring scenic coastal trails and baking her colleagues the best chocolate brownies.

Cecilia is the warm and friendly face that welcomes you to our practice. With over 10 years of experience in administration, she excels at making patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. Cecilia’s genuine love for connecting with people and her cheerful demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Whether you have questions about your appointment, need assistance with paperwork, or simply want to chat, Cecilia is here to help with a smile. She takes pride in ensuring that every patient’s experience is smooth, positive, and personalised.

Shlomit, David’s wife, brings a unique blend of skills and passions to her role as Administrator at ESOMS. A qualified dentist with over seven years of clinical experience, Shlomit now relishes her non-clinical role, where she combines her love for interior design and painting to make our practice more appealing and comfortable for patients. Every painting in our practice is a piece of Shlomit’s artistic expression, adding a personal touch to the environment. As a mother of seven beautiful children, Shlomit is incredibly practical and highly organised, ensuring the smooth running of our services from behind the scenes. Her creativity and attention to detail make a significant impact on the welcoming atmosphere our patients enjoy.
